WELCOME TO PERFORMANCE CHIROPRACTIC!

Active Release TechniquesAt Performance Chiropractic we utilize both traditional chiropractic adjustments as well as Active Release Technique®, a combination that has been proven to be most effective when performed by a certified practitioner.

Active Release Techniques is an innovative method of hands-on evaluation and treatment for soft-tissue injuries such as strains and tears, acute and chronic tendonitis, and even joint dysfunction. ART® is also highly effective in the treatment of peripheral nerve entrapment syndromes and studies are now showing that ART often resolves injuries that otherwise might be considered "untreatable" or candidates for surgery.

Drs. Ellis and Howie are Omaha's only instructors for ART and are versed in over 500 treatment protocols to alleviate pain such as, headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, tennis elbow and other chronic pains. Their patients range from professional athletes, firemen and policemen, to medical doctors, accountants and stay-at-home moms.

Dr. Joel Myers recently joined Performance Chiropractic and couples his 10 plus years of medical sales with his drive to be a future partner at the office. He is ART® licensed to practice lower, upper and spine protocols and he is well on his way to joining Dr. Ellis and Dr. Howie as a certified ART® instructor.

Performance Chiropractic is committed to providing its patients with cutting edge care that is aimed at the best results in the shortest amount of time.

Testimonials

I suffered a great deal from tennis elbow. Physical Therapy and cortisone shots were not helping me make the progress I needed. Dr. Ellis knew exactly what to do. Within a few weeks I was free of pain and regained the strength in my grip in a few months. I recommend him highly.
